水泥振动筛结构独特新颖，打破传统设计方案，振动力由振动源直接带动筛网，从而使整机减轻重量约1/3，节约动力1/2，是所有振动筛中较先进的产品。水泥振动筛体积小，效率高、噪音低，运转平稳，维修方便，筛孔为5*5，经久耐用。

水泥振动筛是针对水泥、石灰及类似的粉状物料而设计的筛分机械；操作简单，结构紧凑，易损件少，便于维修；采用新型节能振动电机作为振动源，主要有单振动电机和双振动电机两种结构形式；水泥振动筛主要用于水泥熟料分级和成品筛除异物，筛网多为编织网；减振装置安装方式一般为座式，减振弹簧有钢簧和橡胶弹簧两种。

水泥振动筛主要应用范围及用途

水泥振动筛安装说明

　　振动电机底脚螺栓孔与底脚螺栓的配合应紧密。底脚螺栓要牢固可靠，需用止逆螺母或弹簧垫圈等锁紧，以防止松动。
　　1、激振力调整：
　　每台电机两端偏心块同方向转动，使活动偏心块所需要激振力刻度线对正轴头线。
　　2、操作使用：
　　两台电机必须同步反方向运转，否则调换相序。
　　电机累计运行100小时内，每隔24小时，对固件（螺栓）重新紧固一次，运行100小时止，应最
　　后增强紧固一遍。经常打开观察口，观察和清除筛上的残留异物。

Installation and Guidance
